Who collects the donations?
All proceeds are collected by Ontario Power Generation Winter Festival of Lights staff and volunteers, who volunteer their time nightly at Dufferin Islands.
How long are the lights on?
The Ontario Power Generation Winter Festival of Lights runs from November 3, 2018 to January 31, 2019. Both the illumination of the Falls and the Festival’s illuminations occur nightly from 5:00pm to midnight.
Can you walk the entire Niagara Parks Winter Wonderland lighting route?
While you can walk the entire length of the Niagara Parks Winter Wonderland lighting route along the Niagara Parkway, due to its length at over 8 km (5+ miles), we suggest you drive and then park in one of the parking lots located within the Parks to get a better view (or take pictures) of your favourite displays.

Where are the lights and displays located?
The vast majority of the Festival’s lights and displays are located along an 8km (5+ mile) stretch of the Niagara Parkway between Clifton Hill and Dufferin Islands. Additional illuminations are located within the Fallsview District, Clifton Hill District, Clifton Hill & Lundy’s Lane. Click here for the WFOL Map
