Glen Campbell has released more than 70 albums, sold 45 million records
and racked up 12 Gold albums, 4 Platinum albums and 1 Double-Platinum
album during his 50 year career. With 27 top 10 hits such as “Gentle
on My Mind”, “By the Time I Get to Phoenix”, “Wichita Linesman”, and
“Rhinestone Cowboy” to name just a few, Glen’s capacity to entertain
and captivate audiences led him to host his own television variety show
The Glen Campbell Goodtime Show, which helped launch the careers of
such greats as Anne Murray, Mel Tellis and Jerry Reed. A talented
guitarist, Glen can be heard on some of the biggest-selling records of
the era by artists such as Ricky Nelson, Merle Haggard, The Monkees,
Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Frankie Laine. Glen’s
versatility as an entertainer was apparent when he played alongside
John Wayne in the movie True Grit, which earned him a Golden Globe.

Jimmy Fortune Often called “the greatest tenor voice in Country music”, Jimmy Fortune spent 21 years touring, singing and performing with the Statler Brothers. Jimmy wrote the Statler Brothers #1 hits “Elizabeth”, “Too Much on My Heart”, and “Forever”. In 2002 when the other members of the Statler Brothers retired Jimmy seized the opportunity to launch a solo career and went on to release 3 CDs of his own. In 2008 Jimmy Fortune was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame. Currently living in Nashville, Jimmy continues to tour and write.

Gene Watson Though he can sing honky tonk, Gene Watson built a reputation for soulful ballads in the classic country tradition. During Gene’s 40 year career he has had 50 charted songs, including 23 top ten hits and 6 #1 hits. Gene’s success began in 1974 with “Love in the Hot Afternoon” which ignited a series of hits “Where Love Begins”, “Paper Rosie”, “Farewell Party”, “Should I Come Home or Should I Go Crazy”, and “Nothing Sure Looked Good On You”. A string of top ten hits followed in the 80’s including “Fourteen Karat Mind”, “Speak Softly (You are Talking to My Heart)”, “You’re Out Doing What I’m Here Doing Without” and “Sometimes I Get Lucky” to name just a few. At the age of 65 Gene’s voice is better than ever with his clear, pure tone intact and an unmatched soulful delivery.

Helen Cornelius Helen Cornelius is an American country singer-songwriter and actress. In 1976, Helen recorded the major hit, “I Don’t Want to Have to Marry You” with Jim Ed Brown. The duo went on to record “Saying Hello, Saying I Love You, Saying Goodbye”, “I’ll Never Be Free” and “If the World Ran Out of Love Tonight”. Together Helen and Jim also performed on the TV show Nashville on the Road before Helen embarked on a solo career as well as touring with the Statler Brothers. Helen also played the lead in Annie Get Your Gun, later reuniting with Jim Ed Brown to tour nationwide. Once a spokesperson for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Helen proves she is versatile performer, ready to meet the next challenge.

Shotgun Red Shotgun Red, a puppet best recognized by his large gray mustache and straw cowboy hat, was found in a Minnesota hobby shop by Steve Hall in 1980 and quickly became the emcee for Steve’s band. A regular member of the “Nashville Now!” cast for over 10 years, he also appeared on Hee Haw, and for six years hosted TNN’s first music video show, “Country Clips”.
