To celebrate this milestone season this year’s Opening Ceremonies will feature one of the world’s most exciting performance groups. Stay tuned for this entertainment announcement!
Admission to the Opening Ceremonies is completely free!
Bring the whole family to see the stunning entertainment show and our Flip-the-Switch ceremony where we will illuminate the over two million lights that make up our 8km long illumination route.
Opening night of the Winter Festival of Lights will also feature two explosive fireworks shows over the illuminated Falls taking place at the conclusion of each of the Opening Ceremonies stage shows. Saturday November 18th, 2017 will also be your first chance to see our illuminations and light shows this winter. After the show in Queen Victoria Park be sure to take a walk or tour our Illumination Route to enjoy the millions of lights.
