Then visit the TD RINK at the Brink! It’s the open-air, outdoor ice skating rink located a snowball’s throw from the “brink” of the Horseshoe Falls, offering breathtaking views and a magical outdoor Niagara Falls ice skating experience.  Open from December 1 to February 28, 2014.

Whether you’re creating lifelong memories on a Christmas family vacation or out for a romantic winter afternoon with a special someone, the TD RINK at the Brink is a captivating experience – ice skating just steps away from one of the most magnificent natural attractions in the world. It’s sure to be a favourite among wintertime Niagara entertainment for years to come.

The Ontario Power Generation Winter Festival of Lights’ TD RINK at the Brink provides recreational ice skating, skate, helmet and locker rentals, and is also a novel idea for corporate holiday parties, birthdays, group functions and school trips, and is also available for private ice rentals.

Adjacent to the Table Rock Welcome Centre (6650 Niagara Parkway), the TD RINK’s location near the brink of the Horseshoe Falls offers magnificent views of both the American and Horseshoe Falls.

The TD RINK at the Brink is close to amenities located within Table Rock and conveniently abuts the large Falls Parking Lot which is a variable-rate parking lot operated by The Niagara Parks Commission.  A Season Parking Pass is available for $25 and valid Dec. 1 to Feb. 28 (excluding NYE after 3pm).  Single-day parking within the lot is generally $5 after 5pm (after 7pm from Dec. 26 to 30 and 6pm from Jan. 2 to 5).  As well, residents of Niagara may park for free after 5pm (after 6pm from Dec. 26 to Jan. 1 excluding NYE) with proof of residency.

The TD RINK is refrigerated and thereby not dependent upon cold weather conditions for ice making although being an outdoor rink, it is still subject to adverse weather conditions.
