THE FESTIVAL’S ROUTE EXTENDS DOWN LUNDY’S LANE PAST THE CANADA ONE BRAND NAME FACTORY OUTLET
New for the 2017/18 Ontario Power Generation Winter Festival of Lights, a display called “The Niagara” will be unveiled at the Battle of Lundy’s Lane parkette. Standing five metres tall “The Niagara” features a pillar of brilliant white lights that appear to flow down the pillar with a cascading animation.
As you continue down Lundys Lane enjoy additional displays including festive decorations like giant candy canes, nutcrackers and Christmas bulbs in the median of the hydro canal bridge. In front of the Canada One Brand Name Factory Outlet is a display of three spiral trees with presents below them. The former recreation building at the corner of Lundy’s Lane and Montrose Road has also been decorated, the trees around it have been wrapped in lights and a nutcracker stands guard in front of the building.
